In 2018 I began writing a book with the intention of honoring the memory of my mother, Christine Below (or Hot Tomato as she was called), while inspiring young girls to get out and explore nature. With the assistance of illustrator Andrea Rodriguez and support from friends and family Tomato was born and began exploring Yellowstone National Park in this tale of perseverance and discovery. Dedicated to my mother and all the littles in my life I am so happy to finally share with you my first book "Tomato Chases Waterfalls".
